During this portion of our time together, I'm going to break down the importance of outlining your 10-star team AND who will be your key players in your starting line up. You'll walk away with the key understandings of how to craft your unique organization chart that will be your north star in all of your hiring decisions. We'll walk through how to source talent, matching talent to task, and identifying top talent within your hiring process.
Setting Expectations and Establishing Culture
In order to have a mission driven team, we need a strong mission to begin with. Here I'm going to break down the key elements to establishing a culture that not only drive results but that attracts top talent. You'll walk away with my specialized blueprint for defining the core values, goals, and KPI's of the team and creating a workplace culture that supports collaboration, creativity, and success.
Building a High-Performance Team
High performance teams aren't hired; they're built. After outlining your core values, mission, and org chart, you'll be ready to learn how to how to identify, recruit, and retain top talent to build a team that performs at a high level. This includes fostering teamwork, real delegation, not just passing over tasks, and mentorship to create a positive and productive work environment, with succession planning in mind.

Most people believe delegating is handing off tasks. It's not. It's putting systems in place that foster follow-through and creating lines of communication that promote follow-up. Delegation without process and accountability is just removing things from your plate without ensuring they get done just as good if not better than if you had done them yourself. After this masterclass, you'll look at delegation a lot differently and your business will thank you for it.

I'm just interested in one masterclass. Can I just buy that?
